Week. During this week, NHS of Rochester and other
NeighborWorks organizations across the country will mobilize
tens of thousands of business people, residents, and
government officials in a week of neighborhood change and
awareness. Citibank has partnered with 13 NeighborWorks
network organizations to celebrate NeighborWorks Week 2004.
Citibank is proud to support NHS of Rochester as it marks its
25th year of service to the Rochester Community and will
present the organization at its 25th Anniversary celebration
with a $20,000 grant from the Citigroup Foundation for its
homebuyer education program. NHS of Rochester is a
full-service housing agency that assists families into home
ownership and helps ensure their long-term success as
homeowners through financial, educational, and technical
services. Over the last 25 years, NHS of Rochester, together
with partners such as Citibank, have helped 10,700 city
residents find solutions to their housing problems through
counseling, pre-qualification, pre-approvals and mortgage loan
approvals.
