To recognize this milestone in the successful relationship between the United Way and the NFL, Country Music Award-winner Steve Wariner has written an NFL Anthem, "We're All In This Together." The NFL Anthem was recorded by a group of superstar country, R&B and hip hop recording artists and NFL players. Participants in this historic recording session include Isaac Hayes, Randy Travis, Faith Evans, Kenny Chesney, Next, JoDee Messina, Montell Jordan, Steve Wariner and NFL players including Jerry Rice of the San Francisco 49ers
The San Francisco 49ers are a professional American football team. The team plays its home games in San Francisco, California, while the club's headquarters and practice facility are located in Santa Clara, California.
, Howard Cross of the New York Giants, Ray Buchanan of the Atlanta Falcons and Danny Kanell of the New York Giants.

Using "We're All In This Together" as the theme song, Public Service Announcements have been produced using footage from the recording session, as well as scenes of NFL players working with United Way agencies. These PSAs will run during NFL television broadcasts, as well as during other day parts.

The United Way and the entire NFL family work in partnership to raise public awareness of social-service issues facing the country. The partnership enables the United Way message to reach an estimated 80 million viewers weekly during football season and provides community-service opportunities and recognition for members of the NFL family.

The NFL Anthem, "We're All In This Together" appears as a bonus track on both the NFL JAMS and NFL COUNTRY albums.
