WHAT:           Monster, the leading global online careers property,
                announces the "Monster Mission" Sweepstakes. Between
                August 29th - October 12th, 2003(a), Indiana residents
                can enter to win the chance to be the "Monster Fan of
                the Game" when the Indianapolis Colts take on the
                Houston Texans at the RCA Dome on October 26, 2003.

                The winner will receive:

                    --  Six tickets in the 50-yard line SkyBox with
                        free catering;

                    --  A $1,000 "paycheck;" and

                    --  Their photo will appear pre-game, on the dome
                        TV scoreboard

HOW TO ENTER:   Job seekers will have the opportunity to enter the
                sweepstakes one of two ways:

                account. Current users can participate by logging into

                Offline entry: Complete an official entry form
                available at select appearances of the Monster Street
