(Nasdaq: MUSE), the leading provider of business and service assurance software, will provide details regarding the company's acquisition of NETWORK HARMONi, announced earlier today, in a conference call and simultaneous webcast on Wednesday, August 20th, 2003 at 9:00 AM PT, 12:00 PM ET.
