Saussy will participate on the CEO panel discussion, "Cellular Data Infrastructure: New Service Delivery" on Wednesday, October 16, 4:45 p.m. The panel will include Saussy and two other CEOs from startup companies that are building solutions for the mobile wireless core.

Saussy will address the challenges associated with delivering profitable mobile data services:
-- Implementation of mobile service cores and their limitations versus the future requirements of the systems

-- The role wireless carriers will play in the value chain for delivering mobile data services

-- How operators can successfully create, manage, and deliver compelling and highly personalized mobile services

-- Requirements for mobile systems to deliver highly personalized services given the unique scaling characteristics of mobile networks.


Gordon Saussy has a history of driving innovations in data networking, including establishing the product and market focus required to drive two early startups to success, cumulating in an IPO (Initial Public Offering) The first time a company offers shares of stock to the public. While not a computer term per se, many founders, employees and insiders of computer companies have found this acronym more exciting than any tech term they ever heard.  and an acquisition respectively. Prior to founding Megisto, Saussy served as vice president of marketing for Ericsson's IP Infrastructure Division. Saussy was previously responsible for business management of 3Com's Integrated System Division. Saussy's career started with Chipcom Corporation, where he was the fourth employee to join the company and served as director of hardware engineering, director of product management, and ultimately vice president of product marketing.
