Gordon Saussy Gordon Saussy was a football coach and a local politician from Georgia. Background
Saussy was born in Savannah, Georgia on February 14, 1872. He lead a number of civic organizations, including the Georgia Salzburger Society.

Saussy previously served as vice president of marketing for Ericsson's IP Infrastructure division, and played an integral part in the success of both Torrent Networking Technologies (acquired by Ericsson) and Chipcom Corporation (which went public and was subsequently acquired by 3Com Corporation). He has more than 17 years of experience in mobile and data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. In popular usage, it is said that data communications make it possible for one computer to "talk" with another.  and has worked on many early 2.5G and 3G network buildouts. Saussy has held a number of executive-level positions spanning business management, engineering, and marketing for Torrent Networking Technologies, 3Com, and Chipcom Corporation.
