WHAT:   A public meeting will be held by the Daughters of Charity
        Health System to announce the re-assumption of governance over
        seven healthcare facilities from Catholic Healthcare West in
        California in order to form its own health care system. This
        public meeting is also a forum to discuss DCHS's goals for the
        new health system and to receive comments from interested
        parties.

        The Northern California hospitals are Seton Medical Center
        (Daly City), O'Connor Hospital (San Jose), Saint Louise
        Regional Hospital (Gilroy) and Seton Medical Center Coastside
        (Moss Beach). The Southern California hospitals are St.
        Francis Medical Center (Lynwood), St. Vincent Medical Center
        (Los Angeles) and the Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center
        (Hawthorne).
