WHAT: MediaLive International today announced the induction of
the Best of NGN Awards for the upcoming Next Generation
Networks (NGN) 2003 conference slated for November 3-7,
2003, in Boston's Marriott Copley Place. The Award
competition is open to all NGN2003 exhibitors, who plan
to officially launch/ship a new product or service during
the conference or have done so anytime since November
2002. All entries must have a published launch and/or
shipping date to be eligible for the award. Core
technology releases, enhancements and upgrades are
eligible.
CRITERIA All award nominations will be based on the following
criteria:
-- Launch/shipping date of new product or service falls
between November 1, 2002 and November 7, 2003
-- Innovation behind new product/service
-- Key advantages/features of the product or service
-- Suggested list price for the product or service
VOTING: The "Best New Product" and "Best New Service" NGN Awards
will be given to the exhibitor that receives the most
attendees' votes during the first two days of the
conference. Jerry Goldstone, President of Business
Communications Review Events for MediaLive International
Inc., will present the award on Wednesday November 5, 2003
at the conclusion of that day's exhibition.
