WHAT:     Overview of an historic agreement - signed by 18 federal and
          state agencies - that serves as the basis for an innovative
          environmental streamlining and stewardship initiative around
          an ambitious Philadelphia International Airport
          reconfiguration project. This initiative - widely recognized
          as a major milestone stemming from last year's Executive
          Order issued by President Bush to better streamline
          transportation projects - is expected to be the model for
          permitting process around future transportation projects.
          The presentation will include a review of the agreement and
          how it was possible to get so many government agencies to
          reach consensus.
