WHAT:      Toshiba America Information Systems, the world's leading

           the 2.9-pound and 3/4-inch thin Portege(R) 3010CT, the

           mini-notebook.

Portables  Toshiba's Tecra 8000 series, a finalist for PC Magazine's
           Technical Excellence award and a PC Computing MVP nominee,
           combines configuration flexibility, manageability and world
           class performance with a uniquely scaleable architecture
           in more than 5,800 possible configurations. The Tecra's
           innovative design supports a single chassis and motherboard

           a sleek all-in-one design and an ultra-thin rotating flat
           panel display, giving customers a desktop with a compact

Monitors   The TekBright 50D is Toshiba's first flat panel LCD desktop

           phone synchronization, PC to PC file transfer and message
           generation and transmission using a Bluetooth-enabled
           Toshiba PC linked to the cellular network via a
           Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone access point.
