WHO:      House Majority Leader, Representative Dick Armey (R-TX),
          will be the keynote speaker at the annual meeting luncheon
          of the Emergency Committee for American Trade (ECAT) on
          Tuesday, March 27.

WHAT:     ECAT is an organization of the heads of leading U.S.
          international business enterprises representing all major
          sectors of the American economy. Their annual worldwide
          sales total over $1.5 trillion and they employ approximately
          four and one-half million persons.

WHEN:     ECAT Annual Meeting Luncheon
          Time:  12:15 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
          Place: Rotunda Ballroom, Ronald Reagan Building and
               International Trade Center, Washington D.C.
