Los Angeles Mayor Jim Hahn will hold a joint press conference with Congressman Dick Gephardt (D-Missouri) to announce the Mayor's second phase of security enhancements at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) terminals. Although LAX meets Transportation Security Administration federal standards, Mayor Hahn will roll-out an intricate, multimillion-dollar system of closed-circuit cameras that will be installed throughout LAX's public areas.

    MEDIA PARKING:
                Broadcast-equipped TV and radio vehicles may park
                curbside on the Upper/Departure Level between Terminal
                3 and Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) and
                between TBIT and Terminal 4. Vehicles must be attended
                at all times. All other media may park in open-air
                Metered Parking Lots 3, 4 and 6 (across from these
                terminals) for free by displaying the LAX Media
                Parking Permit. Otherwise, media may park in any
                parking facility and pay the posted fee. To acquire
