WHAT:   Columbus Mayor Coleman will join Neighborhood House Community
        Housing Development Organization, and housing and lending
        partners, for a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil Wiley
        Estates, a development of seven new energy-efficient homes.
        National City Bank and Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE), the nation's
        largest source of financing for home mortgages will also
        announce the availability of a new Columbus Energy Saver Loan
        for local families with low- and moderate-incomes.

        Directions: Exit I-71 on East Broad St., going east.  From
        Broad St. turn left on Miami Ave. Turn left on Long St and
