WHAT: The Lili Claire Foundation will hold its 3rd annual dinner
honoring Nancy Tellem, President, CBS Entertainment, to
benefit people living with Williams Syndrome and other
neurogenetic birth defects such as Down Syndrome and Autism.
This year's program, "Transforming Dreams into Reality,"
will be hosted by "Friends" star Matthew Perry, who will
oversee an entertainment program that will feature some of
today's hottest celebrities including upcoming "Charlie's
Angels" star, Lucy Liu ("Ally McBeal"); Emmy Award Winner,
Megan Mullally ("Will and Grace"), singing "Dream a
Little Dream,"; Emmy nominated actress, Amy Brenneman
("Judging Amy"), presenting the award to Tellem; and musical
guests Pat Benatar, Cyndi Lauper and Vinx.
You can also expect to see today's hottest celebrities,
including some of last year's attendees: Jane Krakowski,
Courtney Cox, David Arquette, Dan Cortese, Yvette Freeman,
Jennifer Aniston, Mimi Leder, Lisa Kudrow, Christina
Applegate, Graham Nash, Everclear, Steven Bishop, Laura San
Giacomo and more.
In September, Lili Claire Foundation brought a ten-year-old
Venezuelan girl living with Williams Syndrome to the U.S.
for an intensive genetics diagnostic evaluation. The
foundation was established to help children and parents in
need of counseling and care and to honor the memory of Lili
Claire Resnick.
