He currently resides in Wakarusa, Indiana.  and other celebrities will join Canon to raise $50,000 for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) is a private, non-profit organization established in the United States in 1984 under United States government mandate.  and Canon at a one-day invitational golf tournament at Rhodes Ranch Country Club in Las Vegas.

    Canon is supporting the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through donations of Canon digital cameras, scanners and printers to 21 law-enforcement agencies across the United States, including the Las Vegas Police Department Las Vegas Police Department has been used in several places including:
    • Las Vegas Police Department (Nevada)
    • Las Vegas Police Department (New Mexico)
    . The equipment allows police officers in Missing Persons Units to produce and distribute fliers of missing children within hours of a child's disappearance. Previous methods took two to three days.

    , Canon has also created a national ad campaign featuring the pictures of 30 missing children from around the United States. The ad has run in a number of national newspapers and magazines, including Time, Newsweek, USA Today, People and PC magazine. Since the ad first started running in May, nine children depicted in the ad have been recovered. Canon's other efforts have included providing information on child safety through its Web site and 800 toll-free number.

    Golf-tournament activities begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3 p.m., with a check presentation to Ernie Allen, president, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

    Fliers of missing children from the Las Vegas area, a display of equipment used by law enforcement, and additional information on child safety and prevention will be on display.
