        Collin F. McNeil, President, will present the 47th annual
        Citizen  of the Year and Company of the Year awards to Manuel
        N. Stamatakis and Willard G. Rouse III, Chairman and CEO of
        Liberty Property Trust.

        The PENJERDEL Council is the preeminent organization
        dedicated to helping create the highest quality of life and
        most competitive economy for the region encompassing
        Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware.
