        Executive Track panels at DATE 2005 in Munich, Germany.

What:   Mr. Madhavan will participate in the panel "Design for
        Manufacturability: Moving to 90nm and Below" and Virage
        Logic's Executive Panel "Accelerating Silicon Success:
        Managing Cost and Design Challenges in the Nanometer Era."
