WHAT: Top NFL players from around the league and Hollywood
celebrities will be competing on Thursday, January 23,
to see who will be crowned The EA SPORTS Madden Bowl(TM)
Champion on the PlayStation(R)2.
For the ninth straight year the most exciting pre-game
activity during Super Bowl week is the EA SPORTS Madden Bowl.
This videogame tournament features NFL players as well as
celebrities going head-to-head on the #1 selling football
videogame franchise in the world, Madden NFL 200. Madden Bowl
will be hosted by Shannon Sharpe of the Denver Broncos and a
special celebrity co-host, to be announced.
The competition is fierce as the single elimination tournament
produces many memorable video battles, trash-talking moments,
interview and photo opportunities.
