Rejected job applicants and former employees of one of the nation's largest clothing retailers will file a class action lawsuit class action lawsuit

A lawsuit in which one party or a limited number of parties sue on behalf of a larger group to which the parties belong. For example, investors may bring a class action lawsuit against a brokerage firm that has actively promoted a tax
 in federal court charging that the company discriminates against Latinos, Asian Americans, and African Americans in employment.

The plaintiffs are young adults of color, including students and graduates of the University of California The University of California has a combined student body of more than 191,000 students, over 1,340,000 living alumni, and a combined systemwide and campus endowment of just over $7.3 billion (8th largest in the United States).  and Stanford, who allegedly were refused sales jobs or terminated based on their race or ethnicity. The civil rights lawsuit alleges that the company maintains an exclusively white image that excludes minorities from sales positions nationwide.
