Details: This session will focus on mapping the Internet and Intranets
and how to use this information to protect against intrusion.

mapping and network visualization can be used to explore very
large networks to analyze perimeters, search for leaks,
identify threats, and monitor activity.
Cheswick has worked for nearly 30 years on operating-system
security. He is the author of one of the most highly regarded
security books "Firewalls and Internet Security," and is
currently working on its second edition. Prior to joining
Lumeta, he was at Lucent/Bell Labs for 13 years and, before
that, spent nine years with System Computer Technology
Corporation.
