   The donation is the largest personal gift in MALDEF's history

                  venture capitalist, who specializes in funding
                  companies in minority and underserved markets, will
                  announce a $1 million donation to MALDEF for
                  Immigrants' Rights work.

                  The gift represents the largest donation by an
                  individual in the history of MALDEF.
