(Dec. 20) Los Angeles--(BW SportsWire)--Dec. 18, 2000 The Los Angeles Stars Los Angeles Stars is the name of three American Basketball Association (ABA) teams based in Los Angeles, California. The first team, formerly the Anaheim Amigos, played their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena from 1968 to 1970, when it moved to Salt Lake of the new ABA Aba (ä`bä), city (1991 est. pop. 264,000), SE Nigeria. It is an important regional market, a road and rail hub, and a manufacturing center for cement, textiles, pharmaceuticals, processed palm oil, shoes, plastics, soap, and beer. 2000 will be holding their first-ever Media Day. All local and regional press are invited.
