 (April 6)

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

WHO: 101 Mitsubishi Junior Clippers kids (ages 5-18) will participate
in a special basketball clinic at the STAPLES Center. These
youth will receive instruction and conditioning tips from the
Clippers players and coaches. Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America,
Inc., Southern California's 21 Mitsubishi Motors Dealers and the
Los Angeles Clippers are hosting the event.

Clippers star guard Jeff McGinnis and Clippers coaches will also
     be in attendance.

WHAT: The final clinic in a series of three, this special
clinic at the STAPLES Center recognizes Mitsubishi
Junior Clippers participants who are either leaders
in sportsmanship on their respective teams or won
the safety belt essay contest sponsored by
       Mitsubishi Motors.

The Mitsubishi Junior Clippers program is a
collaborative effort between Mitsubishi Motors, its
21 Southern California Mitsubishi Motors Dealers,
the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles City
Recreation and Parks (LACRP). This first-time
program was designed to promote the fundamentals of
basketball, sportsmanship, and athletics as an
       alternative to negative influences.

WHEN: Friday, April 6, 4 - 5:45 p.m.,
prior to the Clippers game against the Milwaukee Bucks

WHERE: STAPLES Center, 1111 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles

WHY: The clinic recognizes two cornerstones of the
Mitsubishi Junior Clippers program; the importance
of sportsmanship and seat belt safety. All youth
participants were required to sign a contract
agreeing to wear their seat belts every time they
are in a vehicle in order to participate in the
      clinic.

NOTE: Stephanie Keefe, Mitsubishi Motors Corporate Relations
Specialist, will be attending the event and will be happy
to coordinate interviews, along with Denise Booth.
