    What:  Interview and photo opportunity: Visit by LogistiCare
           president and CEO John Shermyen to the company's Norton call
           center operations. Visit coincides with recent company
           announcement (7/19) that call center has expanded to regional
           scope of service. On October 1, 2002, the Norton call center
           will begin servicing company operations in Delaware.

    When:  Tuesday, July 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
