WHAT:   UCLA Anderson School of Management will announce the 2004
        finalists of the Gerald Loeb Awards for Distinguished Business
        and Financial Journalism via a video link.

        Bruce Willison, dean of UCLA Anderson School of Management,
        will announce this year's finalists from among an all-time
        record high of 394 entries in 10 print and broadcast
        competition categories. The recipients of the Lifetime
        Achievement Award and the Lawrence Minard Editor Award will
        also be revealed.

        The Loeb Awards are considered the most prestigious awards in
        business journalism and honor writers, editors and producers
        who make significant contributions to the understanding of
        business, finance and the economy.
