MEDIA
TEST-DRIVE: Before Memorial Day and the launch of swim season, the
Darrow family and leading pool safety experts are hosting
a media test-drive of a technologically intelligent pool
safety system that uses sonar sound-wave technology to
protect children from drowning. The sonar technology,
previously used only by military submarines and commercial
aircrafts, is the newest layer of protection in the fight
against pool-related drownings. The Darrow family is the
first in Northern California to have the technology
            installed in their home pool.

WHO: Local Family - Chris and Inga Darrow will share
experiences as pool owners and parents. They offer their
personal inspiration, including the tragic loss of
friends' children that prompted their integration of this
new pool safety system at their home.

Pool Safety Alliance - Robert Jechart, founder of the Pool
Safety Alliance and proprietor of the pool safety system's
technology, will demonstrate new pool safety systems
adapted from advanced diver sonar and navigation equipment
used by military operations. Jechart will also be on hand
to discuss top 10 myths about pool safety and will share
safety tips for parents to protect their children this
            summer.

Pool Covers Inc. - Bill Pickens, owner of Pool Covers Inc.
in Northern California, the nation's largest distributor
of pool covers, will address the industry's
transformation, the introduction of this new technology in
Northern California and why this is the first product on
the market that is effective in 100 percent of the world's
            pools.

VISUALS/
AUDIO: ON-CAMERA DEMONSTRATION ON NEW POOL SAFETY TECHNOLOGY
The Darrow family will participate in an on-camera
            demonstration:
-- Parents using/setting controls of pool security system
-- Children entering the pool unattended
-- Unique "pinging" audio will sound-off when child
                enters the pool
-- Leading child safety advocates available for
                interviews
-- Statistical information will be offered
-- Creator of the propriety technology available to give
                play-by-play scenarios

WHEN: Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Only one
            demonstration will be scheduled.

WHERE: The Darrow's Residence - 581 Happy Valley Rd., Pleasanton,
            CA

WHY: Research into existing pool safety devices, including the
number of tragic drownings often with an adult nearby,
reveal a high rate of error. Drowning is the leading cause
of accidental death for children under the age of four in
California. Experts will be on hand to discuss the
benefits of integrating advanced pool safety systems to
achieve the highest level of safety possible.
