WHAT: Local McDonald's restaurant crew people will compete in
the Indianapolis Region McDonald's All-American Crew
competition, an Olympic qualifying event that could earn
them a spot on McDonald's Olympic Crew for the 2002
Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. McAthletes will be
judged on speed, accuracy, personality and teamwork. Team
positions include French Fries, dining room, front
counter, grill, drive-thru and cashier.

BACKGROUND: The winning McAthletes from the regional will
advance to the Great Lakes division finals on September
22nd. The Division's best crew person at each position
will represent McDonald's at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games
in Salt Lake City (February 8-24, 2002).
