WHAT:       Live Interactive Career Fair (LICF)
              jobs.com's Live Interactive Career Fairs offer a way for
            job seekers to connect with employers in "real time"
            online in a unique talk show format. Employers will
            discuss the benefits of working for their companies,
            employment opportunities, and participate in moderated
            question and answer sessions with job seekers live online.

WHEN:       Tuesday, September 12, beginning at 11 a.m. (CDT)

WHERE:      LICF will be captured in Chicago at WBBM-TV (CBS)
            and streamed live through jobs.com's Web site
            (www.jobs.com). For those unable to participate in the
            live event, all broadcasts will be archived on jobs.com
            Web site for two weeks. Both the live event and the
            archived footage can be viewed using either Microsoft
            Media Player or RealPlayer.
