WHO:        Limp Bizkit live at New York City's Webster Hall

WHAT:       Special live edition of AOL's weekly concert series
            BroadBAND Rocks! featuring Limp Bizkit, exclusively on AOL
            for Broadband.  The band brings their infectious brand of
            rap-infused hard rock to AOL for Broadband members live
            with a private performance from New York City's historic
            Webster Hall on Wednesday, July 16.  The Limp Bizkit show
            marks the kick off of AOL's new summer music series which
            will offer a collection of special behind-the-scenes
            features of the hottest events of the summer to members
            with both narrowband and broadband connections.

            Beginning at 9:00 PM ET, at AOL Keyword: Limp Bizkit, this
            invitation-only event will be streamed live exclusively
            for AOL for Broadband members.  Immediately following the
            concert, AOL for Broadband members will be able to watch
            the full show on demand for seven days.
