ADVISORY/Legendary Quarterback Joe Theismann Makes Third Nokia Sugar Bowl Appearance to Help Make New York Man 2002's First Millionaire.

Sports Editors/College Football Writers & Colunists

ADVISORY...for Tuesday Tuesday: see week.  (Jan. 1)

--(BW SportsWire)

WHO: Forty-three year-old Gloversville, New York resident
Gregory Jepsen, owner of an employment counseling
company, has the chance to start off 2002 with $1
million from Nokia during halftime of the Nokia Sugar
Bowl 2002 in New Orleans. Jepsen won the opportunity
by visiting the www.nokiausa.com Web site after seeing
Nokia Sugar Bowl advertisements on the USA Today web
                site.

Relying on the expert arm of Joe Theismann, winning
quarterback in Super Bowl XVII and the most productive
quarterback in the history of the Washington Redskins,
Jepsen will have an opportunity to increase the
winnings accumulated by Theismann and toss for one
million dollars in the Nokia Million Dollar Challenge.

WHAT: Nokia Million Dollar Challenge-- how it works:

Theismann will have 45 seconds to fully develop his
rhythm. Each throw successfully passing through a
25-by-25 inch target 15 yards away is worth $10,000.
But there is a twist. Every fourth football is
considered the "money ball" worth $20,000. After 45
seconds, and a maximum of $100,000 of prize money --
Theismann will turn the ball over to Jepsen for a
single toss and the chance to increase the prize money
                ten-fold, or up to $1,000,000.

Best of all, even if no passes are completed, Jepsen
won't go home empty-handed. The minimum prize for the
Nokia Million Dollar Challenge is $10,000.

WHEN: During Nokia's presentation at the end of halftime
                activities on January 1st.

WHERE: Nokia Sugar Bowl 2002,
New Orleans Superdome, to air January 1st on ABC TV at
                7:30pm ET.

WHY: The best way to start off the new year!
