WHAT:      Seminar presentation about The Online Asset Exchange and
           the future of e-Commerce in manufacturing industries.

WHO:       Lee Iacocca will discuss his role with The Online Asset
           Exchange and give his thoughts on e-Commerce. Frank Berlage
           and Norm Bastin, co-founders, will provide a brief overview
           of The Online Asset Exchange.

WHEN:      Wednesday, March 22, 2000

WHERE:     Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall, Rm. 411 (Theatre)

WHY:       The Online Asset Exchange launched its global marketplace
           for sale of pre-owned and surplus assets in February 2000.
           At the same time, the Exchange announced Lee Iacocca's
           involvement as board member and spokesperson. Mr. Iacocca
           will be addressing about 300 presidents and CEO's of
           manufacturing firms and dealers, as well as media, at
           Westec, and will take questions about his involvement in
           The Online Asset Exchange, his views on e-Commerce, and
           other relevant topics.
