Szenasy In 1986, Szenasy was named editor in chief of METROPOLIS, the New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of City-based magazine of architecture, culture, and design. Szenasy's training in design journalism was on the job. Beginning her career with Interiors magazine, she was then named chief editor of Residential Interiors, the short-lived offspring of Interiors. Szenasy is the author of several books on design, including The Home and Light.
