Laugh For A Cure is a non-profit organization that promotes laughter as a path to healing. LFAC's mission is to: deliver comedy to cancer patients, raise funds for cancer research and promote comedy arts. The core activities of the Nonprofit include: (i) hospital programs that provide live comedy shows for cancer patients and their families; (ii) comedy videos distributed to cancer patients nationwide; and (iii) humor columns for cancer patient-related publications. In addition, LFAC hosts several special fund raising events throughout the year, including its annual marquis event, the Hamptons Comedy Festival. Audience and attendees include patients, their families and hospital staff as well as a Hamptons and New York demographic that includes those from every industry.
