        County; Mauricio Abaroa, Senior V.P./Executive Director of the
        Latin Recording Academy; Jorge Mas Santos, President of the
        Cuban-American Foundation; Neisen Kasdin, Mayor of Miami
        Beach; Joe Carollo, Mayor of the City of Miami; Jack Sussman,
        Senior V.P. of Specials for CBS Television; William Talbert
        III, President/CEO of the Miami Convention and Visitors
        Bureau; Nicki Grossman, President/CEO of the Ft. Lauderdale
        Convention and Visitors Bureau; Eric Woolworth, President of

        league comprising recording artists, musicians, producers and
        other creative and technical recording professionals who are
        dedicated to improving the quality of life and cultural
        conditions for Latin music and its makers. In addition to
        producing the Latin GRAMMY Awards to honor excellence in the
        recording arts and sciences, the Latin Academy provides
        educational and human services programs in Spanish- and
        Portuguese-speaking countries.
