The conference is being held at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, June 27-29, 2001.

Security Format LaserCard IDs serve as the basis for "digital governance" applications that rely on the utilization of secure digital identification (LaserCard optical memory cards) to facilitate or expedite the process of governing by a nation, state, region, municipality, agency, or institution.
