WHAT:   Alcon Entertainment presents a Burg/Koules production
        starring Nick Cannon and Christina Milian, the romantic teen
        comedy LOVE DON'T COST A THING. Directed by Troy Beyer from a
        screenplay by Troy Beyer and Michael Swerdlick, based upon the
        screenplay CAN'T BUY ME LOVE by Michael Swerdlick, the film
        also stars Kenan Thompson, Kal Penn and Steve Harvey. The
        producers are Mark Burg, Reuben Cannon, Andrew A. Kosove and
        Broderick Johnson. Oren Koules is the executive producer, and
        Nava Levin, Kira Davis and Steven P. Wegner are the
        co-producers.

WHO:    From the film: NICK CANNON, CHRISTINA MILIAN, STEVE HARVEY,
        MELISSA SCHUMAN, NICHOLE ROBINSON, KAL PENN, AL THOMPSON and
        director TROY BEYER will be joined SHAQUILLE O'NEIL, GABRIELLE

        In this update of the 1987 comedy CAN'T BUY ME LOVE, likeable
        outcast Alvin (Nick Cannon) helps out popular girl Paris
        (Christina Milian) when she wrecks her mother's car. In
        exchange, Paris agrees to "fake a front" with him to convince
        everyone they're dating. But can Alvin rein in his newfound
        ego before he loses what really matters to him?
