What: For the fifth consecutive year, the Los Angeles Department of
Water and Power (LADWP) has teamed up with UCLA to offer the
community "Football Frenzy" program - a citywide football skills
competition for boys and girls ages 7-15. Local radio sports
personality Vic "The Brick" Jacobs will be on-hand to provide
motivation and tips to the youngsters.
This Saturday's event will put the young athletes' skills to the
test in passing, kicking, and punting competitions. The winners
of this community football competition will have the chance to
compete in a final event on the Rose Bowl field prior to the
UCLA vs. USC game on November 23.
