WHAT: Under the LADWP Energy Efficiency Program, LADWP
residential customers are able to bring in their old,
halogen Torchiere floor lamps and receive a safe, energy
saving fluorescent lamp or a six-pack of compact
fluorescent bulbs for free.
WHEN: Saturday, March 8, 2003 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Torchiere Exchange Program is a LADWP program that
seeks to lower energy costs by providing free fluorescent
Torchiere lamps. These safe, energy saving floor lamps can
save money and lower energy usage. The Torchiere Exchange
Program is just one of the LADWP's efforts in Energy
Efficiency.
