WHAT:           St. Louis Rams quarterback and two-time NFL MVP Kurt
                Warner and Back Home Studios(TM) will announce a
                partnership to create the Kurt Warner's Good Sports
                Gang(TM) children's CGI-animated home video programs.
                A portion of video sale proceeds will benefit the Kurt
                Warner First Things First Foundation.

                Designed for children 4-8, each half-hour program will
                feature live action sequences of Kurt Warner coaching
                eight CGI-animated sports balls as they complete
                assignments that guide, protect and help the children
                in the animated sportsdom of FairField. Available in
                early spring 2003 on both DVD and VHS, the Good Sports
                Gang products are designed to promote values,
                self-esteem, good sportsmanship and ethical behavior.
