SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2004

Downtown Sacramento Downtown Sacramento is the central district of the city of Sacramento, California. The district is defined as north of R Street, south of H Street, east of the Sacramento River, and west of 16th Street. Downtown Sacramento is currently undergoing a major revitalization project.  will gain a new and exciting element with the addition of Plaza Lofts, 225 apartments and 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space housed in a seven-story building at 9th and J Streets. The project will commence with a groundbreaking by developer CIM (1) (Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) Integrating office/accounting functions with automated factory systems. Point of sale, billing, machine tool scheduling and supply ordering are part of CIM.  Group and the City of Sacramento on February 26, 2004, at 11:00 a.m.
