What: Keynote Super Bowl Advertisers' Web Performance Report

The 2000 Super Bowl will continue the precedent set last year of start-up dot com companies spending megabucks A lot of money!  on television advertising during the game. How well will these web sites perform under the traffic load generated by a national broadcast campaign during the Super Bowl? Keynote will measure the performance and availability of the dot com companies launching a major branding effort during the game, as well as the sites of all of the advertisers and the official Super Bowl site at www.superbowl.com.

When: Results will be made available starting Monday, January 31 through Friday, February 4 on Keynote's performance Hotline at (650) 522-1234. To receive an automatic email summary of Keynote's Super Bowl Advertiser results, send an email request to press@keynote.com .

How: Keynote will measure the performance and availability of the web site of each of the companies advertising during the 2000 Super Bowl every 15 minutes 24 hours a day from 25 metropolitan locations in the United States, a subset of Keynote's global network of measurement computers in over 120 locations around the world. This will provide an immediate perspective on the experience of online users accessing these sites after viewing their Super Bowl broadcast ads. Benchmark measurements of the selected web sites have already begun.
