WHAT:   Free physical therapy will be offered to people who are
        without medical insurance coverage for physical therapy.

WHO:    Therapy will be provided by Kaiser physical therapy residents
        and faculty members in a program sponsored in part by Kaiser
        Permanente Hayward, and RotaCare, San Leandro.

WHEN:   Every Thursday, from 3-6:00 p.m., beginning May 25.

WHERE:  RotaCare San Leandro
        1190 Davis Street
        San Leandro
