        Presentation of the first Antonin Scalia Award to Philadelphia

TIME:   Promptly at noon  (Justice Scalia's remarks are scheduled for
        1:00 p.m.)

        Broad and Walnut Streets, Philadelphia

        Grand Ballroom

United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will address more than 700 Philadelphia lawyers, judges, business, civic and community leaders.

Justice Scalia has requested that there be no television coverage of his remarks and that there be still camera, pencil and pad coverage only with recorders permitted for note-taking purposes but not for broadcast.

An area for media will be set aside on the Ballroom balcony. Media are advised to plan accordingly and still cameras should use long lenses.
