ADVISORY/John Cusack, Star of Touchstone Pictures' ``High Fidelity,'' Chats With Fans Online at www.highfidelity.movies.com.

Entertainment Editors & Film/Internet Writers

ADVISORY...for Monday (March 20)

--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)

WHO: John Cusack, who plays the romantically challenged Rob in
Touchstone's "High Fidelity," most recently starred in Tim
Robbins' "Cradle Will Rock" and in the dark comedy "Being
John Malkovich," directed by Spike Jonze.

Cusack earned rave reviews for his performance in Stephen
Frears' "The Grifters" and critical accolades for his roles
in "Eight Men Out," "Say Anything," "The Sure Thing" and
"Grosse Pointe Blank," a film he starred in and also produced
and co-wrote under the aegis of his New Crime Productions.
Cusack's additional film credits include "Con Air," "City
Hall," "Bullets Over Broadway," "Midnight in the Garden of
Good and Evil" and "Sixteen Candles."

In addition to his film work, Cusack founded New Crime
theater company, an avant-garde Chicago company for which he
         has directed four plays.

WHAT: To celebrate the forthcoming release of Touchstone Pictures'
"High Fidelity," movies.com hosts a special online chat with
the film's star, co-writer and co-producer, John Cusack.

In this biting romantic comedy based on the popular Nick
Hornby novel, Rob Gordon (Cusack) owns a semi-failing record
store in Chicago, where he sells music the old-fashioned way
-- on vinyl. A self-professed music junkie, he spends his
days at Championship Vinyl with his two employees, Dick (Todd
Louiso) and Barry (Jack Black). His encyclopedic knowledge of
pop music is of no help to Rob, whose needle skips the love
groove when his longtime girlfriend, Laura (Iben Hjejle),
walks out on him. As he examines his failed attempts at
romance and happiness, the process finds him being dragged
         kicking and screaming into adulthood.
