Airline To Add Gates and More than Double Flights by End of 2002



        WHAT: Press conference with David Neeleman, CEO of JetBlue
            Airways, and Neal Levin, Executive Director, Port
            Authority of New York and New Jersey

              Neeleman and Levin will speak to JetBlue's growth plans at
            JFK once the airline takes operational control of Terminal
            6 on November 1.

              JetBlue will grow to 10 gates, enabling additional
            service. Airline currently operates 80 flights per day --
            up to 200 per day by end of 2002.

BACKGROUND: JetBlue Airways, New York's hometown, low-fare
            airline, began flying on February 11, 2000 and now
            operates 80 flights a day with a fleet of sixteen brand
            new, environmentally-friendly Airbus A320 aircraft. All
            JetBlue aircraft are outfitted with roomy all-leather
            seats each equipped with DIRECTV, offering 24-channel
            satellite television at every seat. DIRECTV is available
            free of charge to all JetBlue passengers.
