WHAT: IntraCom Corp., an Internet healthcare specialty company,
will showcase its MedDesk(TM) suite of products at the
American College of Cardiology's (ACC) conference in Anaheim,
        Calif.
MedDesk(TM) aims to be the one-stop e-destination and gateway
for medical professionals by offering valuable Internet-based
applications that improve the process of healthcare delivery.
Demonstrations will be given of MedDesk(TM) and two new
        components -- MedEcho(TM) and MedScribe(TM) -- of the suite.

MedEcho(TM) transmits digital ultrasound images live over the
Internet from medical centers to physicians, wherever they may
be. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted
IntraCom clearance to market MedEcho(TM), opening the way to
make the widely used ultrasound imaging studies
(i.e., sonograms) more accessible to people worldwide.

MedScribe(TM) processes physician dictation over the Internet.
It provides an automated way for medical professionals to send
transcriptions online for processing and to receive back
patient records and physician reports quickly. IntraCom will
publicly demonstrate MedScribe(TM) for the first time at the
        conference.

IntraCom (www.intracom.net) media kits will be available in
the ACC exhibitor newsroom (located in Hall E).
