Leading international experts on disaster preparedness and response discuss a number of very timely issues dealing with both national and international security related to biosecurity and the spread of deadly diseases. Dr. Susan Briggs, moderator of the event and director of Harvard Medical International's Trauma and Disaster Institute, and her team of expert panelists will deliver a targeted discussion on dealing with mass civilian casualties Civilian casualties is a military term describing civilian or non-combatant persons killed or injured by military action.
