WHAT: More than 30 leaders in semiconductor and embedded
      technology will exhibit at the 2003 International CES to broker
      new business relationships with consumer electronics
      manufacturers.

      The International CES has become a major show for semiconductor
      and embedded technology companies. Signed on for the 2003 show
      are: 3D Labs, Agere, Analog Devices, ATI, Broadcom, Cirrus
      Logic, Cogency Semiconductor, Compact Flash Association, DSP
      Group, Faroudja, Genesis Microchip, Hewlett-Packard, Intel,
      Intellon, LSI Logic, Matrix Semiconductor, Matsushita, Micronas
      Semiconductor, Motorola, National Semiconductor, Nvidia, PQI,
      Sage, Samsung, SanDisk, Sanyo, Sharp, TDK Semiconductor,
      TeraLogic, Texas Instruments, Toshiba, Tripath, Wipro, Wolfson
      Microelectronics and Zoran.

      For the first time, CES also will floor an Embedded Technologies
      Pavilion, located in the upper level of the South Hall. The
      pavilion is sponsored by Electronic Engineering Times, Embedded
      Systems Programming, JEDEC and CMP/United Business Media.

WHO: CES will feature several semiconductor and embedded technology
     leaders in its conference program, including keynotes from
     Craig Barrett, CEO of Intel, and Tom Engibous, chairman,
     president and CEO of Texas Instruments. Michael Dell, chairman of
     the board and CEO of Dell Computer Corp., will deliver the
     first-ever "Industry Insider" session at CES.

       in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

WHEN:  January 9-12, 2003

WHY: The International CES is the global consumer electronics
     industry's keystone event, featuring critical technological
     advances, product introductions and strategic partnerships.
     Embedded technologies are at the core of these product
     categories/technologies and OEM relationships. With 2,000 CE
     companies exhibiting and 5,500 manufacturer representatives
     attending, CES offers a large audience of potential users of
     semiconductors and embedded technologies.
