The International Advertising Association West (IAA) is hosting a
panel discussion titled "Those little annoyances: Global Legal Issues
in Creative Development and Media Planning" at their 2/26 meeting.
Internationally renowned business leaders will debate on issues such
as: spirit vs. letter of the law; cultural differences in global rules
and how advertisers address them (especially for sensitive issues --
tobacco, alcohol, children); how to identify red flags during the
creative process and more. Topics will include a lot of interesting
anecdotes and stories. Media, IAA members, agencies, and marketers
involved in international advertising are invited.
