WHAT:        Intel invites press and analysts to attend a
             teleconference with Richard Dracott, group director for
             Intel's Enterprise Platforms Group. He will discuss how
             Intel is helping to set the stage for a successful 2003
             with the largest launch of server and workstation
             products in company history. Dracott will be joined by,
             Jim Richmann, vice president and chief technology
             architect for the NASDAQ Stock Market Inc., who will
             discuss the results realized with NASDAQ's deployment of
             Intel-based systems.

             A question and answer session will follow the
             presentation.

             The presentation will be available for download 30
             minutes prior to the start of the teleconference at
             www.intel.com/pressroom/kits/xeon.
